Sales Consultant - Light Equipment and Tools.

Location: Manama, Bahrain

Reporting to: Light Equipment and Tools Manager

A quick overview:

We are looking for a competitive Sales Consultant to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. In this role, you will need to build an excellent technical knowledge of our products and service line in order to consult, advice and meet our clients’ business needs.

Your key duties:

  • Achieve mutually agreed sales targets in a given profile for specific products and segments.

  • Identify potential customers and increase the sales business share in the market.

  • Develop valuable, mutually beneficial client relationships through regular face-to-face interaction, sales calls and extensive networking with the objective of securing business.

  • Undertake extensive research through effective networking to understand customers’ service requirements.

  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.

  • Prepare and calculate quotations and liaise delivery..

  • Negotiate and close sales based on agreed terms and conditions.

  • Create and present technical presentations showcasing products and services to existing and prospective customers.

  • Effective communicator, decision maker and problem solver.

  • Persuasive and adept at interpreting customers’ needs.

Some must haves:

  • Holder of an engineering degree.

  • At least 3 years’ experience in sales.

  • Proven presentation skills and strong command of the English language.

Some niceto haves:

  • Experience in AutoCAD and familiarity with design drawings.
