An invitation from Al Mahroos to keep aerial equipment safe and in prime working order.
For the first time in the United Arab Emirates, this spring, Mohamed Hassan Al Mahroos Trading Est., an Authorized Genie® Distributor and Service Provider (ASP) in the Middle East, organized a Service Campaign. Focusing on safety and machine uptime, the initiative provided aerial access fleet owners countrywide the chance to register their equipment and benefit from special discounts on services such as general maintenance, replacement parts, Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Packages and Genie software extensions. Al Mahroos also offered a complimentary on-site machine health check to those who registered for the campaign.
The initial phase of the initiative started in early October last year with invitations sent to Al Mahroos contacts. Between the end of January and early February this year, a second phase served as a reminder to the company’s customer base and other MEWP users. An open invitation to aerial equipment owners and operators, regardless of their equipment’s brand, more than thirty Genie customers and other companies registered to take part in the campaign.
Highlighting the association of Genie with its local ASP partner, the campaign was the opportunity for participants to discover the complete Genie Service Solutions offering provided by Al Mahroos. Paving the way to support customers across the region, the initiative was also an opportunity for aerial access owners to learn more about the advantages of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). Interest from small aerial rental and recent facilities management companies served as a starting point for them to discover Genie products and services.
